Let Me Introduce you to Our Newest
Senior Regional Sales Director
Sheila Poynter!

SRSD!!! Really? Seriously?
Holy Guacamole!! But all kidding aside WOW.

I am so excited and just bubbling with enthusiasm! I honestly for a while was kind of disappointed with my progress until I was on a training call with Kelly Fuller and she mentioned that SRSD was one of the hardest levels to reach. That made me feel SO much better! I was sitting here going okay it took me 5 months to get to RSD…and set a goal originally to be SRSD by convention this year (It’s one of my resolutions actually!!) then I said okay before convention, then between the new NSD Challenge and the March promotion I said I am doing this NOW!!

People are always asking me “Sheila what do you do?” the honest truth is I am just myself on the phone with prospects, any one that has been on a call with me knows I am a bit silly at times but hey it breaks the ice when you can laugh at yourself. As Kristie Wooten’s script says we are not high pressure sales people. I am definitely not that and people have even commented that they love that I am not pushing them. I am not going to push anyone, if they want it’s there and if not maybe they will later. But they also can hear my genuine love, sincerity, honesty and happiness for what I do and the services we provide.

As I often tell my group, we are given all the tools we need to succeed in this business, it your choice to apply them and use them. This business is YOURS; it is up to YOU to do it. But if you need help it is always there a phone call, email, IM, text message away.

The training calls are so imperative to being successful as well, in order to accomplish new levels and goals you need to hear how others before you accomplished this and what works for them and learn how to adjust it to you.

I am so blessed to be involved in such a wonderful business, with so many incredible people and all of us helping to change so many lives.

Once again I would like to thank…..
My biggest supporter and best friend John “Keith” Dean without your love, continued support and positive outlook towards me and you always knowing what I could and can accomplish before I do!
Michelle Stefferson My recruiter/trainer/mentor and friend who always has a kind word and something to make me want to aspire to climb even higher.

Kristie Wooten For great advice and always having more and more great ideas on ways I would have never thought of to get Ameriplan in front of as many people as possible.

Kelly Fuller for being able to point out things I may have missed or didn’t quite grasp and answering all my questions as quick as she does. She is my light in the darkness.

Janie Jones- For the constant knowledge, support and encouragement.

As well as all the other great members of The Freedom at Home Team with whom we share our thoughts, dreams, ideas and motivations on a daily basis on Facebook and any other way we can connect.

Daniel and Dennis Bloom of course for providing me with such a great opportunity to finally live the dream and giving me the chance to share it with so many others.

Make each day Fantastic!

Regional Sales Director: Valarie Trantham

Let me Introduce Our
Newest Regional Sales Director
Valarie Trantham

Hi My Name is Valerie Trantham, and I got RSD in less than 30 Days. I first need to say Thank you to Sheila Poynter, RSD ,Michelle Stefferson, NSD, and Janie Jones NVP for all their help. They told me I would be on a Great Team and they were right.
I worked trade shows for the family business since I was born to the age of 21. So I traveled 300  of 356 days a year. I was raised in hotels and different states a lot.

Than when family business was sold I went to work on a Cruise ship and traveled the world. At the end I had a lot of friends all over the world. I than come home when my dad got cancer, and opened my own business going to small business and homes, to fix computers and setup wireless networking.

Than it was decided that my Parents who lived in the North after 60 years needed to be moved south. So I moved them South and they moved in with me. They have had a lot of health issues, so I could not go out on appointments for work, when I have so many Doctors appointments with them.

I have tired a few home-based businesses and as for they did work, but you had no room for growth. And the pay was below min wage, I was getting bored and had no money since I had to take my parents in and pay their bills.

Than I saw AmeriPlan® on the Good Morning America Show. And like the idea that I still could be my own Independent Business Owner. And at the same time help people who cannot afford Insurance. I also will have the time to help my parents with their Bucket List. I love the online training and the conference calls.

Look forward to Joining Shelia and Michelle in the Cadillac Club, down the road!!

I would like to Thank Dennis and Daniel for giving us this Great Opportunity to join their Great Team, and having some Great Promotions to help us. I love their spirit on the Conference Call on Monday’s and it is so nice to be able to work with a company that is willing to share and help others.

Regional Sales Director: Nicole Renshaw

nicolerenshaw2.JPG

Let me Introduce to you our NEWEST
Regional Sales Director
Nicole Renshaw

My name is Nicole Renshaw I am happily married with 4 beautiful kids. My life has always been up and down. I had a good childhood however my parents separated when I was young. So I lived with my dad and grandma and grew up in Sunny Southern California. I never finished high school because I started hanging out with my older cousin ditching class and just not going to school. I did go to a continuation school but never finished. So I got mediocre jobs here and there. My parents got me my first place when I was 18 years because I was working at the same place my mom worked at.

At the age of 19 my parents sent me to Indiana to help my step brother out with his daughter while out there I had my oldest son Austin at the age of 21. When Austin was 6 months old I moved back to California and lived with my mom until I got on my feet. While all this was going on I lost my Nana my Mom’s mom. Needles to say I spiraled downwards doing stupid things.

When I was 23 years old and Austin was 2 I meet my future husband Steve. We got a place together in Camarillo California where we lived until we moved to Oxnard and got a place with his mom. I had my twins Kaitlyn and Steven in 2002. I call them my goblin babies because they were born on October 30th. We where both working at the same place and May of 2005 we had our 4th child a beautiful Girl, Courtney.
My mom moved to North Carolina since her company was closing down they offered her a job out in Nc. September of 2006 we came out to visit and loved it we saw that houses where cheaper and that it was a nice place to raise a family so that December we moved out to North Carolina.

I got a job at a temp agency when we moved out here and was there for 1 year then my temp assignment ended. I was out of work until I got a job at a GI doctor’s office and was there for a short while. June of 2008 is when me and Steve got married we flew back to California since that is where my dad and his family were. When we came back 1 month later on July 3rd the Gi office laid me off.

I was out of work until January of 2009 when I started working from home for a friend doing cold calling getting leads for health insurance. I was looking for something with better pay and got a job with a company that I still work with right know until I get my Ameriplan business up and running. I basically set appointments for different industries. While doing all this I went back to school and got my Associates Degree in Health care Admin and billing and Coding.
I wanted something where I could be my own boss and make the type of money monthly that I do not have to worry about bills or having to punch a clock. I found Melaluca and it was alright but

then ...
I found Ameriplan and Sheila Poytner she and Ameriplan have been the best thing that has happened to me. I finally found the company I was looking for where I can build a nice business and make a great monthly income with.
I would like to take the time to thank Dennis and Daniel Bloom for creating Ameriplan and this opportunity. I also would like to thank Kristie Wooten NSD and the wonderful Boot Camp she put together. And also take the time to thank My NSD Michelle Stefferson she is very insightful and has a lot of great advice to give. She is a wonderful person. Everyone I have meet over the phone are great people and have a lot to give someone who is new in Ameriplan. Listen to them and you will go far. I just hope that one day I can meet everyone in person.

Meet Our Newest RSD! Sheila Poynter

Let me Introduce to you our NEWEST
Regional Sales Director
Sheila Poynter

RSD .... WOW!!!!
Ever since I was a teenager in Cincinnati, Ohio I have had the ability to talk to anyone including complete strangers which to this day drives my mother crazy!I started as a shy child, but once in high school I became involved in a lot of activities where shyness was not going to get me anywhere. I participated in Junior Achievement, VICA, Public speaking competitions and other groups within the school. I received a scholarship from Junior Achievement which included Dale Carnegie Certification and that really changed everything. But in the more recent years I became disabled (for nearly 12 years now). I went through bouts of depression, low self-esteem and bad relationships etc. as I tried to survive on an income below $800 month sometimes supporting more than just myself!

But 2010-2011 a lot of changes occurred once again some very good and some very bad. I met the best man ever who has totally transformed my life and we celebrated our first year together 9/15/11 (okay we were friends for 4 years and I kept saying no, but that's an entire different story!). However my father was ill with many active cancers, the last time I spoke to him was on my birthday last year (10/28) he passed away 8 days later. But with the love and support of Keith and his family as well as mine we are managing to get through things. Just when things calmed down for us his mother became ill and passed away in February 2011. Once again we just kept the faith and continued on. Then my mother in Ohio had a relapse from a brain tumor that was removed 3 years ago so I had to go to Ohio and travel back and forth for about 2 months.

Once I was back home again I began once again to actively job seeking but was getting no replies except for scam/fraud type programs. I was not going to go back to fast food or convenience stores and Keith would not have it. I was occasionally receiving emails from an Ameriplan representative in my area and I looked over everything but just wasn't sure. These emails continued to arrive but as I said I just was not sure. Then one day online job searching I came across an advertisement on a work at home blog, and well the rest is history so to speak.
I requested an interview and received a phone call. Sure I was hesitant like most of us are, however after wonderful phone calls from one of the most energizing, motivating people I have ever known, who was then a stranger is now my teacher, my motivator, my mentor and who I am proud to also call my wonderful friend Michelle Stefferson (you know I love you!!) and a little bit of research I took the plunge!

So now just barely 4 months later I am doing very well. Setting, reaching and exceeding goals I never thought I could achieve. I am also sharing the things that work for me with my other team mates. We are more than a team we are a family. My mission is to champion others to grow personally, professionally, emotionally and spiritually by using my compassion, my unique perspective, and my belief in others' inherent goodness, integrity, and enormous potential.

I am fairly new to Ameriplan but I can tell you it is the best choice I have ever made! I was looking for an opportunity that allowed me to work at home and I wanted to feel like a viable, vibrant person again and I do. Ameriplan has done that for me and it can for you as well.Ameriplan is an awesome opportunity and I feel so blessed to be a part of it all.

I would like to thank
My biggest supporter and best friend John Keith Dean without your love, continued support and positive outlook towards me and you always knowing what I could and can accomplish before I do!

Janie Jones- For the constant knowledge, support and encouragement.

Daniel & Dennis Bloom last but not least.... of course for providing me with such a great opportunity to finally live the dream and for giving me the chance to share it with so many others.

Meet Our Newest RSD! Cynthia Hall

Let me Introduce to you our NEWEST
Regional Sales Director
Cynthia Hall

RSD .... WOW!!!!

On September 13, I became Regional Sales Director for Ameriplan. Needless to say, it made my day
and my life in so many ways!

I began with Ameriplan with one thing on my mind and that was to become financially
strong, to be able to support my two sons, and finally to move forward in my life.
There are places I want to go and need to be, but Ive struggled for the last few years
just trying to make ends meet. My focus with Ameriplan is to get to the point where I can
have the life I want and to give my boys the life they deserve.

I started with Ameriplan in early June. But with the summer in full swing, I really didnt
get down to business until July. From there, however, things moved quickly.

I worked hard all summer, talking with people, answering questions, and learning
things as I went along. Without a doubt, I was extremely motivated to do well.
There have been highs and lows throughout, but everything has been a valuable
learning experience.

Then, in August, I signed up 5 people in one day. I have to say, I was extremely
proud to hear my name on the corporate call! It seemed as though THAT got some
attention. Now, having achieved the level of RSD within two months is something
else I am very proud of.

I know there are IBOs who need to know that each level reached is another level of
success.  The hard work really does pay off in the long run. It's not easy, trying
to juggle work and family, I know, it's hard, but the fact is with Ameriplan, the prize
is within reach for everyone.
Always keep your eyes on the prize, and remember...Who seeks, shall find.~Sophocles

The first person that I would like to thank is Michelle Stefferson NSD, for snagging
me and opening my eyes to this amazing adventure. She is not only my mentor, but
I consider her a dear friend as well. She has always been there right with me, guiding
me and encouraging me, even when I became weary and frustrated. Thank you,
sweet lady. I could NOT have done this without you.

Next, I would like to thank my team of IBOs. You guys are amazing people, and never
forget that we are on this journey of success together. We are building our future together
every single day. Never forget, I have your back and I thank you all for your hard work and determination. You all have my respect.

To Dennis and Daniel Bloom...thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating
this company. Your vision and hard work proves to us all that dreams do come true.
You have earned the admiration and respect from us all. I pray that I continue to make
both of you proud as I move ahead with your company, with your support and guidance.
Bless you both.

My outlook on life has changed drastically since I began with Ameriplan. I can now
see the light at the end of the tunnel. I know that as I continue to build my business,
I will gain confidence and knowledge to succeed more than I ever imagined.

I have plans for my future and the future of my sons and now, I can honestly see
those plans becoming a reality. Without Ameriplan, Im afraid I would still be locked
in a vicious cycle of working incredibly hard for little pay and never achieving what I
desire most in this life.

I am honored to be an RSD with Ameriplan, and I will continue to work hard and
represent the company with the utmost respect and professionalism as I possibly can.

My successes will be Ameriplans successes.

This is my present and my future. For this I am grateful.

Welcome Our Newest RSD: Jody Smith!

Let me Introduce to you our NEWEST
Regional Sales Director

Jody Smith

RSD .... WOW!!!!
My husband Wayne is the sole provider for our home.  I stay at home with my three babies, Corey 4, Savannah 2, & Travis 1.  I take care of them and everything a stay at home mommy does.  I figured I needed to make some extra income.  I wanted to help my husband out so that he doesn't kill himself working so incredibly hard as he does.  I found Ameriplan, and thought first, that this job would be like the rest of stay at home jobs.  I've done AVON, Tastefully Simple, Mary Kay, Melaleuca just to name a few.  I looked into it, and decided to join.  I figured what the heck, if it works it works, if it doesn't then maybe I'm not the person to be having a stay at home job.  But I joined and let me tell you, this is the best stay at home job anyone can have.  Whether you are a stay at home mom, dad, or just want to get some extra income.  I highly recommend Ameriplan to everyone.  Not only is it a great & fun job, but I'm much happier now.  Bringing home that extra income that pays for birthday presents, & christmas gifts, and all those extra things.  I can now consider myself a working mom.  But not only that, but I'm a stay at home working mom, who can work when I want to.  Whether it be full time or part time, I know you can make it happen too.

I joined Ameriplan in February of 2010.  I had my mind and goal set on making RSD by my birthday in July.  Let me tell you, things happen in life.  We sometimes may fall short of our goals, because of unpredicted events that may happen, but when we get back on track, those sacrifices we make give us even more strength to keep going.  Now I didn't exactly make my goal by my birthday.  I've had a very dear friend of mine pass away this year.  My husband had two very dear friends pass away this year and on top of that I wrecked my van and had a very bad accident on a four wheeler with my 2 yr old daughter all in one day.  I recouped, took care of my kids for several weeks before I decided now is the time to achieve my goals. When I DECIDED I accomplished my Goal in Just  2 weeks, I reached RSD!  I can't be any prouder of myself.  And whats really nice about it, is that my husband is proud of me too!  He said so himself!
The Bottom Line... Just Make That Decision to Get ER DONE!! There are many Blessings That Come Your Way When You Do!

SRSD here I come! With this amazing team I will do it!

Kathy Woodson

Hello! I'm Kathy Woodson, Regional Sales Director

WOW! I can?t believe this has finally happened! I spoke with Mario Sabattini SRSD in March of 2009 and I am so happy that I did. I love being apart of Ameriplan and I love that I get to speak with so many wonderful people every day. I truly enjoy and believe in what I do.

When I felt like this was never going to work for me, Michelle Stefferson NSD  and Mario Sabattini SRSD where there for me and encouraging me every step of the way. You two are simply marvelous! Thank you both so much!

My husband Randy has been very supportive as well. He coaches me and tells me to set my schedule or he could set it up for me!! I don?t think so!! He even let me put a magnet on his truck to help me advertise even though he gets teased from the guys at work!

I also have the support of my family and friends. My grand kids pass out flyers and my girlfriend does my printing and puts flyers up where ever she goes. Another friend delivers pizza and hands out flyers with each delivery. My brother has magnets on his car too! Amazing how every one believes in me!

SRSD here I come! With my amazing team I will do it!

David & Daniel Bloom = Ameriplan

Janie & Michael Jones = Freedom at Home

Thanks to you for creating a better life for so many people!!

Donna Depaolo SRSD

Hello! My Name is Donna Depaolo, Senior Regional Sales Director.
I am Building an Awesome Business and Creating Legacy income for not only myself ,but for The Most Important people in my life, My Family!!

I am truly Blessed in so many ways! I'm so thankful for finding AmeriPlan and I know this is the answer to my prayers. I am so passionate about my business....I love what I do!!!!

I want to thank my family, my reason for starting this business:
First, I want to thank my husband, Tony. Initially he was a silent skeptic, but ALWAYS believed in me. Well, I brought him to our 1st FAHT Convention this year & it opened his eyes as to who we are & what we do. I was so so happy!
To those wives out there with skeptical husbands: get them to an event....drag them if you have to!!  LOL   Since the FAHT Convention, he has become outwardly supportive.... he even puts out flyers & brochures!! He cheers me on when I get a sign up! Thank-you soooo much honey! Next I'd like to thank my sons, Michael & Christopher.....if only I found this sooner! I believe God had a different plan for me...He knew that when you guys were young & I was working my j.o.b, you were being well taken care of by Gram! Now God has blessed us with AmeriPlan. MANY an evening, Christopher cooked dinner on the barbeque (my little barbequer)for the family while I was "smiling & dialing". I've even had my dinner "delivered" into my office....(what service)! Michael has been great....making Post Office runs to mail post cards, get stamps etc. to allow me to make calls. Each of you pitch in with the housework when I need help and are so understanding & supportive! Small sacrifices now, will be our biggest reward in the future. I'm so excited!

Lastly....a big thank-you to my upline (and soon to be enroller) and friend, Michelle Stefferson, NSD who always believed in me & gave me the push I needed on "those kinda days"! Thank-you Janie & Michael Jones for your leadership & being the #1 producing team in AmeriPlan!!!  WE ROCK!

Next stop......ESD!
